The Towulade of Akinale, Oba Adediran Oluseyi, has put smiles on the faces of pupils of Baptist Day Nursery and Primary School, Akinale, in Ewekoro Local Government Area of Ogun State, as he distributed school writing materials to support their learning.
The kind gesture, which took place within the school premises, was warmly received by the pupils and teachers, who expressed their gratitude to the monarch for his thoughtful contribution to education in the community.
The pupils, beaming with excitement, sang songs of appreciation as they received their exercise books, pens, and other learning materials from the royal father.
Oba Adediran’s latest act of generosity comes just months after he was officially crowned as the new Towulade of Akinale by the Olowu of Owu Kingdom, Oba (Prof.) Saka Matemilola, at a colourful ceremony held at the Olowu’s Palace in Abeokuta. The coronation was marked by traditional displays, prayers, and jubilant celebrations heralding the beginning of a new era for the Akinale community.
