Chief of Staff to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Femi Gbajabiamila, has said the Nigeria Police Force, Department of State Services (DSS) and Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) cleared him of allegations that he created a fake government agency.
Gbajabiamila made the statement while responding to allegations surrounding the establishment of the agency and related activities.
According to him, the allegations prompted investigations by the relevant government authorities, including the police, DSS and ICPC.
He said the outcome of the investigations cleared him of any wrongdoing in connection with the allegations.
Gbajabiamila, a former Speaker of the House of Representatives, has served as Chief of Staff to President Tinubu since June 2023.
