The National Examinations Council (NECO) is set to release the results of the 2026 Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) Internal on Thursday, September 24, 2026.
The examination body is expected to officially announce the release of the results, allowing candidates who participated in the 2026 SSCE Internal examination to check their individual performance.
The SSCE Internal examination is conducted for candidates in their final year of secondary school and serves as an important qualification for students seeking admission into tertiary institutions and other post-secondary programmes.
The release of the 2026 results will bring an end to the examination process for thousands of candidates who sat for the examination across Nigeria and selected international examination centres.
Candidates are expected to follow the official NECO procedures for checking their results once the results are released. They may be required to provide relevant examination details, including their examination number and other required information.
The results are also expected to provide schools, parents and candidates with an assessment of students’ academic performance across the various subjects taken during the examination.
Candidates are advised to rely on official communications from the National Examinations Council for accurate information concerning the result-checking process and to be cautious of unofficial websites or individuals requesting payment or personal information.
The 2026 SSCE Internal results are scheduled for release on Thursday, September 24, 2026.
