The Chief Judge of Ogun State, Hon. Justice M.A. Dipeolu (FICMC, FHNR), has approved Praise and Moremi Nigeria Limited, headed by Mr. Paul Kehinde Ewetade, to operate as a licensed Corporate Bondsman across all courts in Ogun State.
The approval, conveyed in an official letter from the Chief Judge’s Chambers, followed the company’s successful application and interview before the Bondsmen Licensing Committee. The one-year licence, effective from September 15, 2025, authorizes the firm to execute bail bond services in both High Courts and Magistrate Courts throughout the state.
Justice Dipeolu emphasized that the registration and operation of the company are in accordance with the Administration of Criminal Justice Law of Ogun State, 2017, as well as other relevant rules and regulations. She added that the formal presentation of the licence would take place at a later date to be announced.
The Chief Judge also directed the company to liaise with the Office of the Bonds Administrator for necessary documentation to ensure smooth commencement of operations.
Reacting to the development, the Managing Director of Praise and Moremi Nigeria Limited, Mr. Paul Kehinde Ewetade, expressed appreciation to the Ogun State Judiciary for the recognition and pledged to uphold professionalism, transparency, and due process in all dealings.
“This licence is a call to service and integrity. We are ready to provide swift, reliable, and lawful bail bond services across Ogun State,” he stated.
Praise and Moremi Nigeria Limited is now open to individuals, legal practitioners, and institutions seeking credible corporate bail bond services within Ogun State.
