Nigeria’s Rivers United placed in Group A alongside Pyramids FC, RS Berkane, and Power Dynamos as CAF reveals full fixtures for the 2025/2026 season.
The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has officially unveiled the 2025/26 CAF Champions League group stage draw, with Rivers United of Nigeria drawn in Group A.
The Port Harcourt-based team will face defending champions Pyramids FC of Egypt, RS Berkane of Morocco, and Power Dynamos of Zambia.
Group Stage fixtures will begin the weekend of November 21–23, 2025, pausing for the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) Morocco 2025, and resuming in January 2026.
Al Ahly SC of Egypt, 12-time winners, lead Group B, while Mamelodi Sundowns, Espérance Tunis, and Simba SC headline other groups.
The eventual champions will receive $4 million, with runners-up earning $2 million, according to CAF’s updated prize structure.
