Celebrity event planner, media entrepreneur, and philanthropist, Adebola Ayedun Solate celebrates academic excellence as she earns top honours while balancing motherhood and multiple businesses.


Abeokuta, Ogun State — Prominent Ogun-based event entrepreneur and publisher, Adebola Ayedun Solate has achieved a major milestone by graduating with First-Class Honours in Mass Communication from Chrisland University, Abeokuta.


The Ogun event boss, who juggles life as a mother, media professional, and serial entrepreneur, has become a source of inspiration to young women across Nigeria. Her academic feat, despite her busy career, is being celebrated widely within the state’s business and entertainment circles.


Solate, who started her professional journey as a media practitioner, is the Publisher of PublicFaces Magazine, which has evolved into PublicFaces TV, a leading lifestyle and entertainment platform spotlighting notable personalities in Ogun State and beyond.


Beyond publishing, she is a household name in the events industry as the Convener of Ogun Event Vendors (OEV) a hub that connects and empowers top event service providers across the gateway state. She also owns ChopLife Oguro, a premium palm wine brand popular at high-profile events, and recently launched ChopLife Villa Bar & Lounge, a modern cultural spot in Abeokuta


Her entrepreneurial drive extends into philanthropy through the Ayedun Lioness Foundation, which she founded in 2018 to support women and girl children through empowerment and education programs.


The multifaceted achiever has previously received the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Honourary Award as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Persons in Ogun State, in recognition of her contributions to youth development, media, and social impact.
