Bayero University Kano Expels 171 Students Over Fake Admission Credentials

Bayero University Kano has expelled 171 students after discovering that they gained admission into the institution using falsified credentials and irregular documentation.

The decision was taken following an internal verification exercise conducted by the university to review the authenticity of admission records and academic documents submitted by students. According to the institution, the investigation uncovered several cases where individuals presented forged certificates and manipulated admission details to secure placement in various academic programmes.
